This guide provides step-by-step instructions on assigning eForm Templates to tournaments via the eForms section in the eForm Area.

  1. To assign eForm Types to a tournament, click on the eForms section available in the eForms Area.


  2. Select the season and tournament you want to assign the eForm Types to.


  3. Select the desired eForm type from the drop-down list and click on "ADD". This will create an eForm for that tournament based on the selected eForm Type.


    The above process can be repeated in case of multiple forms are needed for the same tournament. One by one, the added eForm Types will appear in the list of eForms assigned to the tournament. The image below presents an example from a past tournament. It also shows the list of appointed officials (if any).


    From the list of assigned forms, the user can also check the completion status (number and percentage of completed tasks/answered questions) and when the eForms were closed, and who closed them.

    Clicking on the lens icon by the form (marked in red in the above picture), the user will access the eForm details. At the end of the page, there is a button to reopen the form to change the replies or give the match official the possibility of working on the eForm again (see the picture below).
