This guide provides a general overview of the eForms Area to the users from the CEV Beach Department.
The administration Area of Beach and Snow eForms enables system users from the CEV Beach Department to define questions and/or checklist items used in the eForm templates. It also allows users to assemble and add those eForm templates to particular tournaments to be completed by the assigned Supervisors.
The Beach and Snow eForms Area is accessed via the CEV Web Competition Manager by clicking on the eForms Area link in the upper menu. There are three sections needed to set up the eForms fully:
- eForms Tasks: This section enables users to define the questions/checklist items needed when assembling a new or reconfiguring an existing eForm type (the next point).
- eForms Types: This section enables users to define the types of eForms. It is done by adding a collection of pre-defined questions/checklist items to the eForm. Only after the eForm Type is saved the eForm can be assigned to a tournament in the eForms section (the next point).
The steps defined in the table below give an overview of the complete workflow, i.e., from creating the questions/checklist items to assigning the formulated eForms to a particular tournament. However, it is worth mentioning that every step in the table can be performed separately.
