This guide contains the user guide will explain what to do in case of need to reset or restart the match. 

In case of need to reset data or restart the match please send e-Scoresheet error report with the following information:

  • Error: Match Reset Required
  • Game date
  • Competition name
  • Team names
  • Game and competition ID's

Please bear in mind that after the reset all existing game data will be deleted and it will not be possible to recover it.

Please select "Support Request" and fill required information
