The software cannot connect to the online services because the following file is missing:


Customer gets an error due to the fact that Anti-Virus enabled and requested file is being deleted (unreachable).

How to solve it?

  1. Disable antivirus or add the folder C:\Data Project\eScoresheet Volleyball\WebCastPlugin\ and the file InArenaPlugin_ES.exe in the exclusion/white list of the antivirus, so that it will not delete the file again.
  2. Then reinstall the software.
