The customer have bought a new C&S licence for Windows or Mac, but gets activation error.



  1. The device has to be connected to the internet and Antivirus or Firewall has to be disabled for the activation time.
  2. Launch the installation as administrator (right click on the setup file and select ‘'run as administrator’'). If the problem persist, uninstall Click & Scout, disable antivirus and install the software as administrator. Once installed, please restart the device. If you are using ‘'Avira’' antivirus, you might need to uninstall it.
  3. If it doesn’t work, please send c2v file to volleyballsupport@geniussports.com.


To get the file please follow this path on your PC: 

Run the software -> click on offline activation -> c2v

Wait for the following instructions from Volleyball Support.
