"Database Error" message appears at different steps before starting a new match.

A further workaround can be used if there is a rush to make the software work for a match that will be played soon, as this procedure will erase previous information stored in the database.

Use the following steps:

  • Go to Documents\DataProject\ClickScout
  • Find the file ClickScoutDatabase.db3 and change the file name. 
  • The software will automatically create a new working one (empty).
  • Run the software again.
