This article will provide you with the steps to create email alerts in Web Competition Manager.
1) The first thing we’d like to do is to log in to WCM using your credentials.
2) After logging in, click on “Handbook”.
3) In the top of the screen click on "Notification Center"
4) In the top of the screen click on "Mail Alert System" under general settings
5) The following window will pop up asking you to customise your alerts
1* - Select a type for the alert form the following drop-down list:
2* - Select a level for the alert from the following drop-down list:
3* - Select a frequency for the alert from the following drop-down list:
4* - Fill in all email addresses that should receive the alerts, separating them by ";"
5* - Click on "Insert"
